    Established under the Fenis Holding organization in 1987, Feniş Teknik took its place in the market with its products which improve the quality of life.

    It became the pioneer of innovations in heating technology with its aluminium based technological products which cannot be imitated. By combining the design integrity with the quality and reliability principles, it became the creator of products sought both in the domestic and foreign markets.

    Bringing a completely new dimension in 1987 to the radiator concept with its ALURAD brand radiators which operate under the cross convection principle, Fenis Teknik is continuing its works for developing new models and systems for radiators.

    Fenis Teknik became the unrivalled technical leader of the market for collectors operating with solar energy when it began manufacturing Solartek with Selective-surface plate providing constant maximum efficiency to its user in four seasons of the year. Solartek is the end product of a project carried out jointly by Feniş Teknik Ürünler A.Ş. and Tubitak (Turkish Scientific and Technical Research Council) and supported by NATO Science Group. Marking with the Solartek name the environment-friendly and most economical solar collectors due to their high investment/efficiency performance, Feniş Teknik continues to develop its products through research conducted by its R&D department and supported by Tubitak.

    Operating with yearly manufacturing capacity of 500,000 sq. mt. Alurad and 100,000 sq. mt. Solartek in a 2500 sq. mt. indoor area, Fenis Teknik is exporting its products within a geographical region extending from European Union Countries to the Turkic Republics, and including Syria and Pakistan.

  • Our Quality Concept

    Product Quality to Ensure Life Quality

    Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process starting from the beginning of production up to the delivery of products to the customers and including also the after-sales customer services has always received top priority in Fenis Teknik Ürünler A.Ş. The customer is at the top-level manager position in Feniş Teknik. All kinds of information (requests, complaints etc.) received from the customer are carefully examined, and then the matter is reported in writing to the department concerned and the problem is quickly solved and reported back to customer. Any employee of Fentek who discusses a problem with the customer even if the subject does not directly involve him/her reports the problem in writing to the department concerned, and follows up the solving of the problem and the reporting of the result to the customer.

    All complaints received from the customers are carefully examined by the Quality Assurance department, the necessary tests are conducted and the source of the problem is identified. The problems are statistically evaluated, and measures are taken to prevent the problems observed to be srepeatedly arising.

    Very strick controls are performed from the first phase to the last phase of production. Particularly, the inputs used for products are checked by the Quality Assurance department according to quality parameters previously determined before using them for production, and it is decided whether they will be used for production or not.

    The parameters having an impact on the product are checked at specific intervals during the process both by the operators and the quality assurance technician. The technicians have been given the training required for the control process they perform, furthermore they transfer the philosophy of ensuring customer satisfaction to job, which is the primary duty of all employees of Fenis Teknik. They have received and continue receiving necessary training in this respect, too. They internally work as if the next operation is their own customer, and apply the customer satisfaction concept among themselves by not transferring the defective product to the next operation.

    Fenis Trade has assumed the responsibility of domestic marketing of accessories and other related products in addition to aluminium profile products of Feniş Group. It partly produces these products itself, and partly imports and distributes them directly itself or through its dealers.Feniş Ticaret imports and markets the ALPOLIC Aluminium composite plates produced by the world's biggest manufacturer MITSUBISHI, the various products of internationally renowned accessories producers SAVIO/ITALY, FAPIM/ITALY,GIESSE/ITALY, and the sliding and revolving doors with photocells of BESAM/SWEEDEN.

In addition to undertaking the construction works of the Group of Companies, it has transferred the accumulated knowledge of its founders to other projects with a creative and dynamic initiative. FENİŞ İNŞAAT operates in the field of constructing industrial sites, industrial plants and housing and is increasing its experience.

  • R & D Studies

    The R & D Department operating within the organization of Fenis Teknik conducts its activities in 3 major groups.

    Activities conducted for the purpose of raising the quality and performance of the present products and processes.

    On this subject, the Department conducts studies related to developing radiators and solar collectors in collaboration with the production section. It also conducts studies on increasing the performance of the processes related to production of selective-surface plates used in solar collectors.

    Studies conducted for the purpose of developing new products

    A portion of these projects have been supported by TİDEP. (For example, the inhibitor production for the purpose of protecting aluminium from corrosion). As a result of this project, products both in the form of capsules and fluid have been developed to protect the radiators and solar collectors. These products developed have eliminated both the dependence of the company to external sources and also reduced costs.

    Support from TİDEP is requested for the project presently carried out for producing solar collectors with Selective-surface at a lower cost.

    Studies conducted for chemical and electrochemical polishing of aluminium surfaces and creation of other decorative looking layers, the surface processing before powder painting, reducing the costs of preliminary finishing works in eloxal process, and processing of waste water.
